Just prior to heading on tour with Satyricon across Australia this September, Deadspace have released a pre-prod version of the first track off of upcoming full length "Dirge" "Dirge", which is the bands third full length release among a foray of EP's, is set to be the true, blackened, vulgar followup to 2015's debut release The Promise of Oblivion, which remains the most popular release to date. Bringing new members Daniel Jackson (bass) and John Pescod (backing vocals/keys) into the fold with equal amounts tortured screaming and melodic piano, this track is a sign of much darker things to come. The record is now in mastering stages, and is being handled by none other than Drew Griffiths, producer of The Promise of Oblivion. The art of the cover was created by Xenoyr of NeObliviscaris, projecting imagery we hope will convey the true meaning of "Dirge" upon the release. "Dirge" is set to come out via Talheim Records, Talheim have also just released pre-orders for vinyl box sets, and the band will also have copies of the "Mouth of Scorpions" EP printed especially for fans on the upcoming Satyricon and Marduk tours.
